Is this you?

Domain expert founder

You know your industry well and see a clear opportunity, but you don’t have a dev team or CTO and don’t want to manage freelancers yourself.

Early-stage startup without tech team

You’ve validated interest in your idea and now need a first live version for users and investors - with a clear scope, realistic budget, and launch timeline.

Founder burned by previous dev shops

You’ve tried agencies or freelancers before and got delays, overcomplicated scope, or no real users. This time you want a small team that ships and stays accountable.

…then we’re exactly your team

We’re a small, founder-led studio that helps non-technical founders turn ideas into real web and mobile products. We focus on the smallest useful version, real users, and clear next steps - instead of endless development and vague roadmaps.

On this call we’ll discuss your idea, goals, timeline, and rough budget - no commitment.

The problem and its solution

Most non-technical founders start with a slide deck and a big vision for their web or mobile app.        Then they jump straight into development,       hire an agency or freelancers, and spend months building features no real user has tried yet.       By the time an MVP reaches the market, the runway is already hurting.

For almost four years we’ve been doing MVP development for startups and SaaS products.             One pattern was obvious: “development-first” projects with huge scopes shipped late and burned through budget.       So we stopped being just another dev shop and became a studio that helps non-technical founders ship the smallest useful version first — a lean MVP that can actually reach users, with validation used only where it removes real risk.

Today every project follows the same operator mindset: smaller scope, earlier launch, and analytics instead of assumptions.     We use AI only where it actually speeds up design or app development - not as a buzzword.       The same approach powers our own app, PlanEat AI, which we’re building and growing        just like any other startup we work with.

How it works

From idea to your first live version - MVP or first version of your web or mobile app.

Product discovery call

We clarify your idea, target users, success metrics, budget, and timing - in plain language, no tech jargon.

User & market check

If you’re still unsure about the problem or audience, we run a light user / market check before development.
Optional

Feature prioritization

Together we define the smallest useful version - what must be in the first release, and what can wait for later.
Optional

UX/UI design & development

We design and build your MVP or first version - web, iOS, Android, or SaaS dashboard - with basic analytics included.

Launch & early user traction

We launch to real users, connect events and dashboards, and, if needed, involve partners for ASO or simple campaigns.

Next steps: team, growth & funding

If you’re ready, our partners help with hiring, marketing, and fundraising while we stay your product & dev team.
Outcome: a working product, clear analytics, and a realistic plan for what to build next.

PlanEat - AI Meal Planner

Prev: Developments
Current: Fundrising
Next: Hiring

PlanEat is an AI-powered meal planner app that generates weekly meal plans and shopping lists based on each user’s tastes, habits, and goals.

Why founders choose us?

Because we build as founders, not just as an agency.
We’re also behind our own product, PlanEat AI, so we feel every week of runway the same way you do — you work directly with the two founders and a small senior team, not a chain of account managers.

Together we shape a realistic first release — the smallest useful web or mobile product with clear scope, budget and timeline — and stay close after launch instead of disappearing after handoff.
