The problem and its solution
Most non-technical founders start with a slide deck and a big vision for their web or mobile app. Then they jump straight into development, hire an agency or freelancers, and spend months building features no real user has tried yet. By the time an MVP reaches the market, the runway is already hurting.
For almost four years we’ve been doing MVP development for startups and SaaS products. One pattern was obvious: “development-first” projects with huge scopes shipped late and burned through budget. So we stopped being just another dev shop and became a studio that helps non-technical founders ship the smallest useful version first — a lean MVP that can actually reach users, with validation used only where it removes real risk.
Today every project follows the same operator mindset: smaller scope, earlier launch, and analytics instead of assumptions. We use AI only where it actually speeds up design or app development - not as a buzzword. The same approach powers our own app, PlanEat AI, which we’re building and growing just like any other startup we work with.
